Kiki Shuster is a rising senior majoring in Collaborative Special Education with a double minor in Business and Psychology from Pasadena, California. Throughout her time at Auburn, she has been
involved with many on and off campus organizations. Kiki has been involved with Auburn University Dance Marathon, Freshman Leadership Program: PAL, Best Buddies, Soccer Sweethearts, Bravehearts Center for Place and Purpose, Athletic Recruiters, Pi Beta Phi Event Monitor, Pi Beta Phi Junior Panhellenic, as well working in the Student Athlete Development Center as an Academic Counselor Assistant for Men’s Football and Men’s Basketball, and assists in Camp War Eagle for all incoming Student-Athletes. Kiki is extremely passionate about her major, job, and the campus organization Athletic Recruiters. Her passion for teaching and working with individuals with disabilities started in middle school and has continued to progress throughout her high school and collegiate years. Auburn has provided Kiki some of the best and most rewarding experiences/memories working and volunteering at different schools and on-campus organizations. Another passion of Kiki's is athletics. One organization that she is extremely involved in is Athletic Recruiters. Athletic Recruiters is an honored and proud tradition of Auburn University. As a recruiter, one assists the Office of University Recruitment and the Athletic Department in recruiting prospective students and student-athletes to attend and further their career at Auburn University. Some of the events Kiki works as an recruiter insist of: all home football games, football camps, A-Days, facility and campus tours, Junior Days, Unofficial visits, and Official visits. Kiki loves being able to share her love for Auburn and athletics in one of the best organizations and she highly encourages anyone who has the same love to try out! You will have some of the best experiences and memories as well as make some of your closest friends. Kiki feels she is lucky
to have had shared this experience with so many of her pi phi sisters and experience all the fun, crazy, and good times auburn and auburn football has to offer (I mean who doesn’t love being able to stand on Pat Dye field with some of your best friends, who are also pi phi's, doing a job you all love while watching Auburn kick Alabama’s butt at the Iron Bowl!!). Kiki highly encourages anyone and everyone to explore and join a club at Auburn because there are so many opportunities out there for you to find what you are passionate about and excel in it. Kiki has learned so much about herself, her passions and life throughout her time at Auburn and encourages anyone who is looking to find something to just walk around campus, talk to people, and find out more about what interests you so you can potentially join one of the best organizations and live your best life at Auburn! She is grateful to auburn for allowing her to follow both her dreams in teaching special education and being involved in athletics. Both of these passions, as well as her current job working in Academics for student-athletes has led Kiki to want to further her career at Auburn after graduation to becoming an Athletic Counselor/Learning Specialist for Student-Athletes at a collegiate level and then one day hopefully becoming an Athletic Director. Kiki promises that the next four years or how many years you have left at Auburn will be the best ones yet if you explore and try new things and engulf in everything Auburn has to offer. WAR EAGLE!!!
